Returns & Exchanges

Please ensure the merchandise you wish to return is unused and has the original packaging, price tag, and invoice. Select items are not eligible for returns, including but not limited to eyewear, and final sale items, except when damaged in shipping. When we send the wrong style or size of a product from the one you ordered you qualify for an exchange or store credit toward an item of equal or greater value. Store credit will be emailed to you within 7 days of receipt of your returned item. MARCH GEAR reserves the right to inspect a returned product before accepting the return and processing the exchange or refund. Customers are responsible for the shipping cost to send the item back to MARCH GEAR. MARCH GEAR is not responsible for items lost or stolen in transit. Please keep your proof of postage/tracking when shipping items back to us. The replacement will be sent out to you free of charge.

For any product you wish to return please email us within 7 days of receiving the order. Describe the reason for the Return/ Refund/Exchange with your name, contact number, and order number.

In the event that you receive a product that is Damaged or Defective, please email us at with your order info, damaged  product and packaging photos attached to your email. We will get back to you within 3-5 business days.

Only when an item is not available in your size or style, we will issue you a full Refund. In case of a Refund, the amount will be refunded using the same online mode of payment through which it was originally made within 10-15 days of the request being verified and subject to the issuing bank's policy. All canceled and returned orders are subject to a restocking fee.

​MARCH GEAR accepts cancellations that are made within three hours of ordering. After this time, the order is out of the queue and can no longer be adjusted for any reason. If you cancel within the three hour time frame, you will receive a credit to your account within 5-7 business days. We are here to help resolve any issue. You will not be required to enter shipping, billing and payment details every time you choose to make a purchase.

This way your card details, number, holder name, the expiry date will be saved exactly as it appears on the card.

If you save information of more than one card, the one most recently saved will be charged by default.
